Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1

PLOT : The final year is here and Voldemort has grown strong. The trio Harry, Ronn and Hermione begin their journey to find and destroy the horocruxes.

REVIEW : The end is near and now the power of Voldemort can clearly be traced out. This installments majorly focuses on the climax which is near. Henceforth the sole attention is paid to the action sequences. What I believe is that the movie is stretched without any reason just to produce another installment. Nothing much important happens in this part and the major part is left for the last installment. All the questions which were aroused in Half Blood Prince are majorly left unanswered. This is a let down again and the producers now are greedy for another one clearly. The romantic relationships are more focused without any importance just to cover up the running time. Therefore its really slow paced making you yawn at certain places. I would rather rate it 6.5. Its the weakest of all.

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

GENRE : Fantasy | Mystery | Drama | Adventure

PLOT : Harry on sixth year at Hogwarts finds a book which belongs to 'The Half Blood Prince'.

REVIEW : Its the worst adaptation of the book so far as I have heard but as am just considering movie here, I liked it. Definitely better than earlier. Improved acts by everyone is a plus. With every installments its growing darker and darker and now we can actually feel the presence of Voldemort. It brings with itself more wizardry, more visual effects and a great cinematography. The romance is blooming now and a maturity is seen in characters. The movie created a mystery in the beginning itself and the suspense is carried out  throughout till the end. Watch for the climax as its quite surprising. Overall I loved this one.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix

GENRE : Fantasy | Mystery | Drama | Adventure

PLOT : The fifth year at Hogwarts contain ill fortune for Harry. He believe that Voldemort is back but not many believe him.

REVIEW : I was pretty much excited about this installments as by now I've become a fan of Harry Potter. The movie though didn't stand on my expectations. It has plot holes and things are left unexplained mostly. Rushing the things just offers us to wonder. People are saying that the book is lengthy and therefore they were not able to accommodate things properly in the short duration of movie. Nonetheless its still a good movie. Well no comments on vfx which is always appealing. So again its visually good and screenplay is good. Yes you will find yourself waiting for the next eventually.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

GENRE : Fantasy | Mystery | Drama | Adventure

PLOT : Surprisingly Harry (who is under-aged) is selected for the dangerous competition held at school and the saga continues.

REVIEW : I personally liked this one, although not what Prisoner of Azkaban was but very good. The movie unlikely to that is filled with action and is a visual treat for fans. The kiddish situations are now taking up darker forms as the characters are also growing. with the long duration its surprisingly not boring at all. Daniel Radcliff is growing as an actor and similarly improvement can be seen in Hermione and Rupert as well. Direction wise also its really good and will keep your eyes glued till the end. A perfect environments is created throughout which enhances the experience. All the Potter fans gonna love it for sure and others as well.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

GENRE : Fantasy | Mystery | Drama | Adventure

PLOT : Potter's third year begins at Hogwarts. But there is a big trouble as the convicted murderer Sirius Black has escaped the prison and he's after Potter.

REVIEW : I would like to mention that Alfonso Cuarón has done a great job. The treatment of the movie is totally different from the previous installments. The magical world has not only grown much darker but it has taken for of a thriller. Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson have grown not only in age but skills as well as they give a great performance.The movie has taken shape of a much more complexity.Its no longer just about the Quidditch matches or the menacing Malfoy but its much more than that. The whole movie has a suspenseful environment and it holds on to it from beginning to end. The climax especially is great and more mature than the previous installments. Overall I think this is the best installment from the three. Totally amazing experience and close to perfect.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets

GENRE : Fantasy | Mystery | Drama | Adventure

PLOT : Harry receives warning not to return to Hogwarts but he ignores and continue with the second year and finds it plagued by mysterious attacks.

REVIEW : First of all If you watched the first one there's no doubt that you won't watch this one and secondly if you watch this you'll surely like this as well. By the end you'll be sure of the fact that its not only for the children. The magical world unfolds more revealing more hidden secrets. The atmosphere of the movie is darker this time. The acts have done well as per earlier and undoubtedly its again a treat for us. I just believe that it could have been edited and made a bit short. Anyways the movie is really good and its a must. I won't say its better or worse than earlier but it holds on to the script tightly and is equally good.

Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone

GENRE : Fantasy | Mystery | Drama | Adventure

PLOT : Harry Potter is a child living with his uncle and aunt where he is outrageously neglected. He is offered studies at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry where secrets unveil and the saga begins.

REVIEW : Its not at all appropriate to regard it as a movie meant for kids. After watching you will realize that the world of fantasy and magic is totally enjoying. I haven't read book and so I won't be talking in comparison but the movie is a well made start for the series. The direction is good and screenplay is very interesting. It totally feels that we have entered in another world. The younger cast has done really good and are totally characteristic in their role. Its not surprising that you may start believing in magic as the magical experience of the movie is so lively. I must say this is one of the best fantasy concept and its worth watching.
